Prior to joining the company, David worked in the entertainment and theater industry, which included over five years in NYC as a freelance composer and songwriter. David graduated Magna Cum Laude from college and lives in Tucson, Arizona.
Interests: Trail running, playing piano, spending time with his wife, daughter and four-legged friend.

In her current role, she works with Commercial Lenders, Ag Loan Officers and Credit Analysts as well as manages our website design and social media platform. She is also the founder of CrunchTimeVA LLC, a company that provides Virtual Assistant services, and began her career working with youth intervention services as a Service Coordinator. Chabelin lives in New York City.

Recruitment Outreach Coordinator
With a passion for nature and the outdoors, Narcisa joined the team in 2024. As our Recruitment Outreach Coordinator, she helps to create a seamless experience at Agbrinc. Narcisa has been an independent Virtual Assistant for three years, providing valuable services in Social Media Management and Property Rental. She is a lifelong learner, constantly exploring new ideas for her Do It Yourself projects. Narcisa resides in Denver, Colorado.

After spending two years as a classical piano major at the university, Joe transferred to the business school where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Upon graduating, he began his work career as a practicing CPA with RSM McGladrey and then spent two years as a financial analyst with a Fortune 100 company in New York City.
With over 25 years of recruiting experience, Joe spearheads Agbrinc’s search assignments and company growth. Joe lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Interests: Performing jazz piano, consistent aerobic exercise, reading good literature, swing dancing, and U.S. and world travel.
